Colorado Springs!!!

I took the kids to Colorado to see Richard's family. His Grandparents celebrated their 50th anniversary! We stayed at a nice hotel in North Colorado Springs. (Thanks Patty for finding it for us) The kids loved being able to drink hot chocolate in bed while watching a movie
The beds were super squishy.
Which we all loved!!!
We had a great view. The kids loved that.
They spent most of their time, while in the room,
in the window.
We liked to see the birds too. Grandpa Daubert is a bird
man and we would tell him what we saw and he would
look for it in one of his books and then tell the kids.
(AAWW the making of sweet memories)
I took the kids to a Ghost Town Museum. It was so much fun.
Hold on tight!!!
They got there water from where??? The boys taking turns
pumping the pump.
We had a good time reading and learning about how it was
done back in the "olden days" !
There were lots of old wagons and even hand carts.
The children thought that was neat.
Oh and don't forget the guns. Even Reis thought they were neat!!
.
We went to Manitou Springs with Grandma and
Uncle Josh and the kids got to ride rides and
play games. We all had a good time just being together.
We have more pictures coming, but there on Grandma's camera!!!
